Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To act as a key sales partner within our franchise network by understanding franchisees' businesses, identifying opportunities. The role is not limited to processing orders--it requires developing strong relationships, anticipating needs, and adding value through proactive sales support and business insight.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with franchisees (our primary customers) to understand their business models, challenges, and needs for equipment, consumables etc.
  • Accountability for the full internal sales process, from lead development through to after-sales support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Work closely with the external sales and operations teams to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage order processing, quotations, and stock requirements while maintaining service excellence.
  • Monitor sales data and trends to identify growth areas and report insights to management.

Strong business acumen with proven ability to understand and apply sales processes.
Proven track record in sales.
Consultative selling skills and ability to translate franchisee needs into tailored solutions.
