Sales Executive (construction)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads within the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
  • Based in or near the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
