ElementX Marketing is looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive to help us generate qualified leads and book meetings with potential clients. If you're skilled at outreach, love connecting with people, and want to earn based on your performance, this is the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients via email, social media, LinkedIn, or cold calls.
Pitch our digital marketing services in a clear, compelling way.
Book meetings with prospects for our team to follow up.
Maintain detailed records of outreach and meetings booked.
Consistently meet weekly and monthly outreach goals.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales or client outreach (preferred but not required).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
Access to a laptop and internet connection.
Commission Structure:
15% commission on successful lead conversions, or
$15 flat fee for every qualified meeting booked.
