Job Summary About the Role FMSA is seeking results-driven Sales Executives to introduce and secure corporate engagements for our Employee Wellness, Harm Reduction, and Policy Awareness Training/Workshops. Focus: Employee Wellness, Gambling Harm Awareness, Policy Integration, and Corporate Compliance Training Solutions. This role suits individuals experienced in corporate sales, HR solutions, or financial services, comfortable with C-suite and HR-level discussions. Responsibilities - Engage with HR departments, CSR teams, and compliance executives to schedule awareness workshops and corporate wellness sessions. - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to appointment scheduling and follow-up. - Coordinate with training facilitators to ensure smooth client handovers. - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide progress updates during weekly team meetings. - Opportunity to develop and lead your own sales team after the initial phase. Qualifications, Experience & Requirements - Matric/Diploma (Preferred) - Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in financial services, HR, or employee wellness sectors. - Prior exposure to Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP/EWP), Corporate Wellness, or Training Solutions Sales highly advantageous. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to pitch at executive and HR levels. - Familiarity with corporate procurement cycles
