About the Role
We're a UK-based company expanding fast in Durban. Right now, this is a
remote, work-from-home role
, but from
January 2026 you'll be required to work from our new Durban office
.
You'll join our outbound sales team making cold calls to UK-based businesses and homeowners:
B2B:
Selling electrical service contracts to estate agents, landlords, and property managers.
B2C:
Speaking with homeowners about renovations (loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments).
This is real sales --
not script reading
. You'll be handling objections, starting conversations, and booking qualified leads.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Durban-based only.
Fluent, clear English (neutral or British accent).
1-3 years recent call centre sales experience (
cold calling required
).
Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales.
Full-time availability (no side jobs/studies).
Tech setup needed:
Laptop/PC (Windows 10/11, 8GB RAM+).
Fibre internet (30mbps+).
USB headset.
Smartphone with WhatsApp.
Backup power (UPS/generator, 4-8 hrs).
Quiet, professional workspace.
