Job Description

LSR Electrical Solutions is a UK-based company expanding rapidly into both B2B and B2C cold calling sales. We're building a vibrant, high-performing team of confident, results-driven cold callers in Durban, South Africa.

At present, this is a remote work-from-home role. However, we're opening a Durban office in January 2026, where our entire team will work together under one roof. This is an exciting opportunity to get in early, grow with us, and be part of a dynamic sales team with long-term prospects.

The Role

As part of our

outbound sales team

, you'll be responsible for making cold calls to UK-based businesses and homeowners.

B2B Sales:

Selling electrical service contracts to estate agents, property managers, and landlords in London.

B2C Sales:

Contacting homeowners to discuss property renovations (loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments, etc.).
This is

not just script-reading

-- it's about building conversations, handling objections, and booking

qualified leads

for our UK sales and operations team.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Must be

Durban-based

. Fluent, well-spoken English (

British tone or neutral accent preferred

).

1-3 years

recent

call centre sales experience

(cold calling essential). Minimum

2 years in customer service or sales

. Strong conversational ability, resilience, and confidence on the phone. Available full-time (

no other jobs/studies

).

Technical requirements:

Laptop/PC (Windows 10/11, 64-bit, 8GB RAM minimum). Fibre internet (30mbps up/down). USB headset (no Bluetooth/Aux). Smartphone with WhatsApp. Backup power solution (UPS or generator lasting 4-8 hours). Quiet, professional workspace.
