Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid code 8 drivera??s license COMPULSORY
- Matric or National Diploma highly advantageous
- Estimating experience in a Technical and/or Engineering background
- CAD (2D and 3D) experience
- Computer Literate (strong Excel skills)
- Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Confident to handle stressful situations and demanding clients
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well in a diverse team
DUTIES
- Meet clients face-to-face and advise on products and services offered
- Draw up quote according to clienta??s project requirements
- Monitor customer trends and follow up if there are changes
- Manage client orders from start to completion
- Accountable for resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and providing timeous feedback
- Manage existing client orders and take on new ones
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers throughout the year
- Contribute to team goals and effort by supporting the team as required
- Provide an Express Service as and when required
