Job Summary Job & Company Description:
An established automation company is looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to deliver technical solutions and support clients through the sales process. This role blends engineering expertise with business development, including quoting, solution input, and project coordination with internal teams.
Education:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related disciplines

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills
Prior experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or related roles
Ability to interpret client needs and present relevant automation solutions
Confidence in managing the full sales cycle--from prospecting to closing
Exposure to PLCs, robotics, control systems, or similar technologies is advantageous
Comfortable working with CAD drawings or floor plan layouts is beneficial
Collaborative mindset with a self-driven approach
History of consistently hitting or surpassing sales targets
Valid driver's license and reliable transport are non-negotiable
