Job Summary Key Responsibilities Find potential customers, follow up on recommendations from current clients, read industry journals and search the Internet. Do market research and provide feedback Maintain and expand distributor network Meet with customers and technical staff to discover what they need. Prepare and deliver presentations Negotiate contracts/quotations/sales orders and arrange for delivery. Periodically check up on customers to see how current installations are working and to offer additional services and products Develop and implement product training programs for Customers/Employees Periodically visit customers to access market size and factors influencing market Compile visit reports Quote Customers, do order confirmations, deliver and invoice Customers on SAP Periodic (weekly) follow up on outstanding quotations Follow up and expedite outstanding Customer orders, inform Customers of delays. Handling of Customer complaints and resolving conflict.
