You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve real-world challenges for customers across industries.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to identify customer needs and position tailored cybersecurity and cloud solutions. Lead technical discovery sessions, solution architecture, and product demos. Act as the technical authority during RFP/RFI processes and customer engagements. Design secure architectures and advise on best practices. Create technical deliverables such as LLDs and migration plans. Support post-sale transitions and provide product training. Manage multiple customer engagements with a focus on satisfaction. Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to technical content. Follow internal processes for documentation and quality standards.

Your Story

Experienced Solutions Engineer with a strong cybersecurity background. Proven track record in pre-sales or technical consulting roles. Skilled in solution mapping, demos, and proposal development. Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable managing multiple engagements and creating documentation. Proactive and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
