What You'll Be Doing:

Lead technical solution development, working closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
Review specs, design custom proposals, and ensure tech-meets-commercial fit.
Represent the brand at industry events and marketing initiatives.
Stay ahead of trends, contributing to sales strategy and innovation.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in technical B2B sales or industrial marketing.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow market share.
Confidence in managing long-cycle sales and complex, technical client engagements.
Experience in thermal systems, steam, or hot water is a huge plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with CRM systems.
