Sales Engineer
Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or Extractive Metallurgy
Any form of relevant sales qualifications

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical Sales in the mining industry.
Proven sales experience of large mineral processing equipment.
Grinding mill knowledge and experience is essential.
Familiar with the key attributes of commercial terms and conditions for the industry. Exposure to and experience with FIDIC, NEC etc. would be advantageous.
Prepared to travel within the borders of South Africa and into neighbouring countries.

Duties

Technical sales of grinding mills, mill spares and site services related to grinding mills.
Engaging with clients to understand their challenges and propose solutions to solve these challenges.
Package and present the proposal and close the deal.
Stay engaged during project execution and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that you maintain an understanding and status of the project.
Provide after sales support and backup.
