Position Overview
CarePoint365, a UK-based healthcare software company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Durban, South Africa. The SDR will drive lead generation efforts using digital prospecting tools and coordinate outreach campaigns to book qualified meetings with prospects across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Manage and optimise platforms for LinkedIn outreach automation (e.g., PhantomBuster, Apollo, Expandi, or similar tools) to drive targeted engagement.
Execute personalised outreach where appropriate - tailored LinkedIn messages, emails, or phone conversations.
Maintain and nurture a healthy pipeline, booking appointments for the UK-based sales team.
Take ownership of end-to-end platform management, including building prospect lists, setting up campaigns, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, targeting, and sequencing strategies.
Provide regular reports on outreach activity, performance, and conversion metrics.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (1-3+ years) as an SDR or in a similar prospecting/outbound sales role.
Proficiency and proven experience (1-3+ years) in Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools for outreach campaigns.
Ability to manage platforms that balance automation with human touch (sequences plus personalisation).
Exceptional written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with international stakeholders.
Experience in software sales and/or healthcare technology is strongly preferred (both would be an advantage).
Location
This position is available as is Office based at our [Umhlanga] offices, with some remote work options.
