The Role
We're looking for energetic, self-motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join the remote team. This is a pure cold-calling role -- reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses across Australia to book qualified meetings for the internal sales team.
You'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to targeted SMBs (no door knocking or field work)
• Presenting the clients simple solution in a clear, confident, and consultative way
• Booking appointments and passing qualified leads to the closing team
• Following scripts and objection-handling frameworks (training provided)
• Tracking daily activity in the CRM (Monday.com)
• Consistently hitting call and meeting targets

Requirements
