Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote
Department: Sales & Client Success
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST/CST
Salary Range: Base Salary (USD) + Commission
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing team focused on supporting real estate investors with engineering-backed solutions for tax savings and accelerated depreciation. In this role, you will be on the front lines of outbound lead generation--engaging with property owners, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the Account Management team.
This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is eager to grow in sales within the financial or real estate services sector.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day, focusing on high-quality conversations
  • Book qualified meetings based on predefined criteria (e.g., location, asset class, property value)
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes in HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales managers and data analysts to refine lead targeting and outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly meeting quotas, with opportunities to earn commission based on performance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation or appointment setting, ideally in financial or real estate services
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills (neutral to North American accent preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, metric-driven sales environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow within a sales team
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, CoStar, ZoomInfo, RB2B, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
