How we work (simple + flexible)
We care about outcomes, not rigid activity rules. Use the
overlap hours
for live outreach (calls, follow-ups, and booked meetings). The rest (research, list building, writing, admin) can be done async.
What you'll do (outcomes first)
Build targeted lead lists and prioritize accounts (Sales Navigator + research)
Make contact and create real conversations using the channels that work:
email, LinkedIn, and
cold calling
Run follow-ups, handle first-pass objections, and book meetings that
show up
Qualify prospects using clear criteria and hand off clean notes/context
Track outcomes in a simple CRM/Sheet and share weekly performance (reply rate, connect rate, held rate, SQOs)
Test and improve messaging weekly (hooks, segments, sequences, call openers)

What we're looking for
1-3+ years outbound SDR/BDR experience, including
comfort on the phone
Proven ability to produce
held meetings
and progress leads into opportunities
Strong written English and confident phone presence
Organized, consistent, and comfortable working independently
Metrics-driven and motivated by performance-based upside
