Sales Development Representative (SDR), Outbound, Remote (South Africa), Full Time

What you will do:



You will prospect and cold call US based businesses, book qualified meetings, and hand off cleanly to an Account Executive.

Daily and weekly responsibilities:



Make outbound cold calls as your primary channel Use light LinkedIn and email outreach to support follow up Work from provided lead lists and follow our ICP targeting rules Qualify prospects and book meetings on the AE calendar Improve show rates by confirming and following up with prospects Track activity and outcomes in our CRM with clean notes Report weekly performance and pipeline numbers to our Head of Sales (Tanner) Improve your talk track and objection handling through weekly coaching and call reviews

What counts as a qualified meeting at Interval:



A qualified meeting is when -

The prospect fits our ICP, and The prospect shows up to the meeting you booked with our AE
You will be trained on our ICP and qualification checklist. In general, we target businesses where past due balances are a real pain and the company is large enough that collections costs real time and money.

Targets and expectations:



Full time, 40 hours per week Work Mountain Standard Time: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST Consistently book meetings that show and fit our ICP Activity target: 80+ dials per day 3+ demos set per day 65%+ show rate

Who you are:



Clear spoken English and confident on the phone Proven outbound cold calling experience Strong written English for short follow ups High effort, consistent, and coachable Organized, reliable, and comfortable with weekly accountability Comfortable speaking with US business owners and finance or operations leaders

Nice to have:



SaaS or B2B outbound experience Experience selling into home services or local service businesses Familiar with CRMs and calling tools

Compensation:



OTE: R19,690 to R37,740 per month depending on experience Commission Based
