Sales Development Representative

Job Description

We're looking for young, dynamic, and highly driven individuals to join our outbound sales division. In this specialised role, you will research potential clients, engage them through cold calling, create interest, confirm they meet qualifying criteria, and pre-approve them before handing over to senior funding specialists. This position reports directly to the Head of Sales Fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build deep knowledge of the SME market, industries, and funding challenges.
  • Understand and communicate product offerings and customised solutions.
  • Research leads, record findings on CRM, and use insights to build rapport.
  • Identify client funding requirements and match them with solutions.
  • Manage and work diligently through lead pipelines in CRM.
  • Maintain 80 calls per day in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Pre-scrub and pre-approve clients to ensure qualification criteria are met.
  • Collaborate weekly with senior funding specialists to gain insight and support.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant diploma or degree
  • Outbound sales call centre experience (required)
  • SME or retail experience (advantageous)
