Are you a high-energy Sales Professional ready to secure one of our limited openings for the new year?
VirtuHire is the exclusive growth partner to Fundwell, a premier US-based business financing firm. As we move into 2026, we are entering our most aggressive expansion phase yet. We are currently scaling our Cape Town hub toward a 200-seat powerhouse, and we have a limited number of spots available for our January intake.
This is not a typical call center role. We are looking for elite B2B performers who thrive on the front lines of international commerce. You will engage directly with US-based CEOs and high-level executives, qualifying high-value opportunities and fueling the growth of American entrepreneurs.

• Location: Premium Office, Cape Town CBD (State-of-the-Art Apple Tech)
• Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM SAST (On-site, aligning with US Business Hours)

Requirements
Requirements: The A-Team Profile
We are seeking ambitious individuals with a demonstrated track record of sales excellence and the following credentials:

• Proven Sales Acumen: At least one year of demonstrable success in high-volume outbound sales, cold calling, or an SDR environment.
• Elite Communication: Superior professional communication and active listening skills. You must possess the ability to build instant rapport and maintain high authority when speaking with US executives.
• Native/Fluent English Proficiency: A flawless, neutral, and clear English accent is mandatory for success in the US corporate market.
• High-Activity Drive: You are a "Sales Athlete" who thrives on executing 100-200 outbound dials per day and relentlessly pursuing pipeline targets.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM management and a professional approach to data integrity.
• Commitment: Full availability for the 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift and currently residing in Cape Town for an immediate on-site start.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities * As an SDR, you are the engine of our growth. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Strategic Prospecting: Engaging outbound leads via high-volume dialing and email to generate immediate interest.
• Executive Qualification: Conducting deep-dive qualification processes to identify prime business financing opportunities within the US market.
• Masterful Objection Handling: Navigating complex conversations and positioning Fundwell's capital solutions in a persuasive, consultative manner.
• Pipeline Management: Maintaining meticulous records within our CRM to ensure seamless lead forecasting and management.
