Job Description

We're looking for an organised, well-presented, and proactive individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day customer communication, showroom sales, and general administrative support across various departments.

Main Responsibilities



Manage incoming customer queries through various channels. Handle quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups. Assist with showroom sales and maintain a professional, welcoming environment. Provide administrative support to sales and management teams. Coordinate product information, samples, and updates where required. Oversee basic website and online sales functions.

Requirements



Strong communication and organisational skills. Professional and friendly demeanour. Confident working with customers both in person and online. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, web platforms). A good eye for presentation and attention to detail.
