We are looking for a
motivated and customer-focused individual
to join us as a
Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting our growing sales operations across both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) markets.
You'll need strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively--all while representing a brand built for explorers, by explorers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Communication & Support
Handle telephone duties and email/CRM management
Provide exceptional customer service across B2C and B2B channels
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Sales & Order Management
Support B2C and B2B sales operations
Prepare quotes and process customer requests
Handle order taking and placement accurately
Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with B2B network
Work collaboratively with sales team across territories
Manage customer data and contact information
Administrative Functions
Coordinate between departments and operating units
Assist with day-to-day sales and administrative duties
Prepare business correspondence and agendas
Support meeting coordination and event planning
Take meeting minutes as required
Provide multifaceted general office support
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Matric (Grade 12)
Minumum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Background in the automotive industry is essential
