Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our client in the Label Printing industry requires a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cornubia. Must have relevant industry experience and can work under pressure. Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3+ years in a similar role is required. Own reliable transport is essential.
Responsibilities include:

  • Creating quotes and supporting external sales in achieving sales targets
  • Managing purchase orders from receipt to delivery including SLA agreed turnaround times
  • Customer feedback on orders and dealing with returns and complaints
  • Liaising with production regards orders
  • Stock management (back orders, aged stock)
  • Sales forecasts (weekly and monthly)
  • Preparation for sales reports
3+ years in a similar role is required.
Own reliable transport is essential.
Experience working for a labeling company is essential.
