We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Relations Consultant to join our team! This role comes with a 3-month probation period and offers a dynamic working environment.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Administrative and
sales duties (sales experience is a must)
Previous experience in event planning or interior decorating (beneficial)
Experience in building or renovating is essential
Social media portfolio (beneficial)
Canva experience (beneficial)
General office support and customer service
Well-spoken, verbal and written fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential
Computer literate with compulsory MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Must be an extrovert - confident, sociable, and comfortable engaging with people
Commencement date:
ASAP or by 1st June 2025
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience.
Full training will be provided
to ensure you succeed in the role.
