Internal Customer Services Consultant (Health and Wellness) - South AfricaJob SummaryInternal Customer Services Consultant (Health and Wellness)Location: Lynnwood, PretoriaSalary: R12 000 to R14 000 per monthOur client in the Health and Wellness industry is looking for an Internal Customer Services Consultant.Key responsibilitiesProcessing of Orders/Quotes/Invoices and dealing with emails.Assisting all walk-in clients.Working as a team player alongside your product consultant.Daily Courtesy calling and Upselling.Stock ordering from HQ (Johannesburg) on a weekly basis (draw up stock lists).Stock checking/counting once received.RequirementsGood communications skills including telephone/ email etiquette.Must be computer literate.Background in customer relations and sales experience beneficial.Bio kineticist, or Human Movement Science beneficial.Knowledge with regards to products sold to the Physio, Chiro, Bio an advantage.Accounting practices also a must.Send your CV and latest pay slip to recc@aaaa.co.za
