Job Description

DUTIES:

Coordination of sales process on new and used equipment to the dealer network. Coordination of machine specifications, pricing, quoting, invoicing and machine costings. Compilation and distribution of machine quotes to customers/dealers and follow-up on sales process. Receive purchase orders, confirm accuracy, determine availability, and assign machines to customers. Manage orders on the system, ensure orders processed correctly according to customer requirements. Coordinate with respective departments to ensure customers receive orders accurately and timeously. Coordinate the timeous delivery, via third-party suppliers, of machines as per shipping instructions. Develop and maintain dealer records, providing relevant departments with accurate information as and when required with respect to dealer management process including sales, service, finance, etc. Generate and maintain accurate recordkeeping on dealer network and sales process in database. Prepare and submit reports as and when required in the agreed format accurately and timeously. Compilation and distribution of machine budget, forecast, and sales plan based on regional demand. Assist Group Marketing with coordination of site visits and ensure run smoothly and professionally. Work with Group Marketing to ensure marketing literature and sales aids are in place and updated. Work with Group Marketing to update and maintain website accuracy for the dealer network. Ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have minimum of Matric; a commercial qualification is advantageous. Computer literacy with word & excel experience. Experience with customer - supplier relationships. Good conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication & organisation skills. Flexibility, attention to detail & ability to use own initiative. Good customer relations. Ability to work under pressure.
