Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Our client in the Boland is in need of a Property Development Sales Co-ordinator.
Responsibilities
Being the contact person between the Developers, the Attorneys and the Real Estate company
High level reporting to Property developers and all other role players
Chasing process to ensure everyone involved is in the loop of what is happening and that the Sales process runs as quickly as possible
Requirements:
Highly efficient
Understand the Property market
Knowledge of terms used within real estate
Liaising with Bond Attorneys
Reporting back to all role players within the process
Communication skills should be excellent
Exposure working within Investment properties/transfers of properties
Professional written and verbal ability
Advanced Excel skills.
Building relationships with clients
Able to work under immense pressure
Available to work from 8 xe2x80x93 17:00 Mondays xe2x80x93 Fridays from the office in Paarl
