We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team by managing customer queries, coordinating orders, and handling Quickship requests efficiently. This role is essential to strengthening sales effectiveness through accurate administration and strong analytical insight.



The ideal candidate will analyze internal sales data, identify new business opportunities, and conduct ongoing market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in improving customer responsiveness and optimizing sales processes. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to interpret data are critical for success in this role.

Minimum Requirements



The candidate must have strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently Analytical thinking is essential, including the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required, especially when processing orders, compiling reports, and handling data. The candidate must demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to respond professionally to queries and issues. The ability to remain calm and productive under pressure is essential, particularly when working in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to proactively identify challenges and implement appropriate solutions. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively across departments, including sales, operations, and logistics teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, is essential for reporting and daily tasks. The candidate must be able to learn and confidently use CRM systems and other digital tools required for sales coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities



Coordinate and manage all incoming sales queries, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and internal teams. Process customer orders and ensure they are correctly captured, tracked, and fulfilled in line with agreed turnaround times. Handle Quickship queries and liaise with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution and dispatch. Monitor internal sales activity to identify potential leads or business opportunities and submit these for follow-up. Support the sales team by capturing and submitting qualified leads through the appropriate internal channels. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to support sales planning and identify emerging trends. Prepare sales reports and dashboards that provide insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Assist in sales forecasting by identifying patterns in sales data and reporting relevant findings to management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order history, and lead activity in the CRM system. Provide internal coordination between sales, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment and efficient workflow. Support the execution of promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and customer communication efforts. * Perform other administrative and support duties as required to assist the sales team in meeting targets and service levels.
