Communicate regularly with customers and analyse sales reports to improve sales performance
Develop and set up systems to keep records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to Sales Manager
Creating and updating major chain store schedules for customers including Sportscene, Archive, Truworths, Cape Union Mart, Edgars, Makro, Studio 88 and Side Step
Check accuracy of purchase orders and follow up on orders
Create delivery schedules for independent customers. Provide updates to sales agents.
Provide Stock on Hand for the monthly replenishment orders
Monthly agent sales analysis.
Create seasonal price lists
Skills and experience required:
2 plus years experience in sales coordination or sales administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple calendars and meet deadlines
Interest in Fashion / Clothing / Apparel Industry and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
