KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly Commission Submission
- Inland Dashboard
- Reach reports
- Allocating leads
- Convert PDF to excel
- Bulk quotes (model)
- Data clean up
- BIE forms
- Loading credit apps and rate sheets
- Testing rates
- ACI Registration, procurement & training assistance (to be handed over to Implementation manager once onboarded)
- Marketing material
- New staff onboarding packs
- Sales toolbox management
- Sales blitz and team building assistance
- Support preparation of Client proposal & presentations
- Adhoc reporting & presentation assistance for National sales Commercial executive
- Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 2-3 Years Corporate administration experience
- 1 year experience in corporate commercial team
- Marketing exposure - advantage
- High energy
- Power BI, excel and PowerPoint skills compulsory
- Good time management
- High team inclination
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in time
- Work well independently
- High attention to detail
