Job Description


Salary: 15000
Description: Our award-winning client is currently looking for someone who is driven, passionate and can use their initiative. Your core function will be to assist a small team of sales consultants, clients and maintenance staff ensuring business runs smoothly at all times. You will be naturally well organized and you need to be the type of person who enjoys coordinating and working in a hands on environment.
Core functions:

  • To assist sales team with general tasks
  • Respond to emails and deal with client correspondence
  • Compile monthly reports
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Placing and following up on orders
  • General ad hoc tasks, including filing
Requirements:
  • 3 - 4 years relevant experience
  • Matric
  • MUST live in the Southern Suburbs
  • MUST have a valid drivers license and reliable transport
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel and Powerpoint - Intermediate)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)
  • Strong time management and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail
