What You'll Be Doing

Promote and sell gym memberships to grow the Watergate branch community Engage with walk-ins, referrals, and local leads to build a strong sales pipeline Follow up with prospective members and guide them through the joining process Consistently achieve monthly sales targets Deliver professional, friendly service while representing the Zone Fitness brand with confidence and enthusiasm
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 6 months of sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry experience advantageous) Computer literate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated Ability to work well under pressure in a target-driven role
