Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time (Pre-Sales Team)

in 2026! We're looking for

motivated, high-energy individuals

to join our

pre-sales team

as Membership Sales Consultants.

Job Purpose:

As part of our

pre-opening sales team

, your mission is to

build the club's membership base

before doors even open. You'll be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective members, and closing sales to ensure a strong start for the new club.

This is more than just a sales role--it's your chance to shape the success of a brand-new fitness community.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent) Minimum 6 months' sales experience (experience in the fitness or retail industry is a bonus) Comfortable with generating your own leads and handling objections Computer literate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented Passion for fitness and a high level of personal energy Able to work independently and thrive under pressure
