Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time
Location: Zone Fitness Rondebosch
Zone Fitness Rondebosch is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven individuals to join our sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you're passionate about fitness and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect role to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
Actively sell memberships to expand the Rondebosch branch's client base Source and follow up on leads through outreach, referrals, and promotions Convert walk-ins and enquiries into long-term members Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals Provide excellent service and represent the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent) At least 6 months of sales experience (fitness industry experience will be an advantage) Computer literacy essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented Ability to perform well under pressure and remain resilient
