Membership Sales Consultants
. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, works well under pressure, and thrives in a target-based environment.Your Main Responsibilities
Introduce potential members to our club and sell memberships Create your own pipeline of leads through referrals, walk-ins, networking, and outreach Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth Represent the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism and energy
What We're Looking For
Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent) Minimum 6 months' sales experience (fitness industry experience is beneficial) Computer literate Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Motivated, persuasive, and target-driven Able to perform well in a high-activity sales environment
