Responsibilities:


Selling a variety of motor-related insurance and non-insurance products over the phone Delivering consistent performance and meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Building a rapport with clients and offering solutions based on their needs Handling objections with professionalism and confidence Protecting and contributing to the high-energy environment we've built Participating in initial and ongoing sales/product training Maintaining a positive, resilient attitude in a target-driven environment


Matric Certificate (essential) Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous) 2-3 years sales experience in a call centre, retail, direct sales or a combination thereof Experience in the Financial Services industry A RE5 would be advantageous Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Goal-driven with a passion for high earnings Excellent communication and negotiation skills Energetic, confident and outgoing personality Resilience in handling objections A team player who contributes positively to company culture
