About the role:
Are you a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant with a proven track record in education sales? Join our growing team on the beautiful South Coast, where you'll handle inbound consumer leads and help individuals achieve their educational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads to identify customer needs and provide tailored education solutions.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrolment process.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into enrolments.
• Leverage your expertise in education sales to provide exceptional customer service and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies for continued success.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in education (e.g., Educor, CityVarsity, Lyceum, Intec, Uni4, GetSmarter, etc.).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consumer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping people achieve their goals through education.
• Willingness to work from our Uvongo office.

Salary R15,000.00 Negotiable + Realistic OTE of R35,000.00 (Based on experience, skill & in relation to your current package)
