Whether it's enhancing a cars appearance with bespoke detailing or maintaining pristine condition with our professional-grade care products, we cater for both enthusiasts (B2C) and business clients (B2B) worldwide. As we expand, were looking for someone passionate about cars who can help us manage customer communications and actively drive new sales both online and through outreach. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication & Support Manage enquiries through email, chat, and social platforms Assist with questions about: Product specs, installation, customisation, and care Order updates, modifications, complaints, or returns Guide customers in choosing the right products for their needs Coordinate internally on special/custom decal requests Sales Outreach & Lead Generation Identify new potential customers: B2C: Car owners, DIY detailers, auto enthusiasts B2B: Detailers, retailers, body shops, car clubs, influencers Reach out to leads and present our offerings confidently Promote our full range: decals, detailing kits, car care accessories, etc. Nurture leads into long-term customers with strong follow-up and relationship-building Ongoing Customer Relationship Management Maintain B2B account contacts, ensuring they stay informed about new drops, bundle deals, and restocks Use internal systems to track interactions and tailor future communications Cross-sell and upsell based on individual customer profiles
Who Were Looking For: Automotive Enthusiast You love cars, customisation, and car care Whether you're hands-on with your own car or just follow builds and detailing online, this role is for you Proactive & People-Oriented Friendly, confident communicator who can build trust fast Naturally persuasive, with a desire to sell in a helpful, consultative way Skills & Experience: Strong written English and the ability to explain things clearly Comfortable working with remote tools (training provided) Some customer service or sales experience is helpful Ecommerce experience is not required well show you the ropes
