We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified Sales Consultant.
This role is suited for an individual with strong sales acumen, clinical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Position Overview:
Responsible for driving sales and providing specialized support for advanced wound management solutions across Pretoria and Limpopo.
Mandotory monthly travel to Limpopo for four consecutive days in a month.
Engage with medical professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, wound care specialists, nursing teams, podiatrists, and procurement officers.
Must have in-depth knowledge of wound care and experience working in surgical environments.
Key Duties:
Meet and exceed sales objectives while maintaining a consistent client engagement routine.
Deliver clinical insights and technical guidance to healthcare practitioners.
Participate in surgical procedures, hospital rounds, and leadership meetings.
Organize and facilitate educational sessions and hands-on product demonstrations.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage order processing, product deliveries, and reporting responsibilities.
Provide training and assistance to external distribution partners.
Adhere to industry regulations and internal company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Matric and a relevant degree in Health Sciences.
3-5 years' experience in medical sales, ideally within wound care or surgical settings.
Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel (30-40%).
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable handling emergency calls and flexible working hours, including after-hours theatre support.
