Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Sancardia

Zone Fitness Sancardia is searching for energetic, ambitious, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you love sales, enjoy connecting with people, and are passionate about health and fitness, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell memberships to grow the Sancardia branch's membership base Actively generate and follow up on leads through community outreach, networking, and referrals Convert walk-ins and enquiries into successful membership sales Work consistently to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets Deliver excellent service to potential members while representing Zone Fitness with professionalism and enthusiasm
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent) Minimum of 6 months' sales experience (experience in the fitness industry is advantageous) Computer literacy essential Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Persuasive, motivated, and results-driven Ability to thrive under pressure and remain resilient in a target-driven role
