Key Responsibilities:

xc2xb7 Product/Service Knowledge: Understanding the company's offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to customers.
xc2xb7 Sales and Negotiation: Persuading customers to purchase products or services, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
xc2xb7 Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
xc2xb7 Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales targets.
xc2xb7 Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
xc2xb7 Responding to Marketing Campaigns: Receiving and acting upon phone calls from individuals responding to direct marketing and advertising campaigns.
