General:

We are a cosmetic sales based company located at O.R Tambo International Airport and are looking to expand our team. Requirements:

South African Between 20 - 35 years old Must reside near O.R Tambo Airport Minimum 2 years previous sales experience

Responsibilities & Duties:

Morning shift - 6h00am - 2h00pm & evening shift 2h00pm - 10h00pm Both shifts require daily stock/inventory to be accounted for Personal appearance in sales is a necessary and important part of the job You will be required to demonstrate the product to prospective clients and motivate them to purchase your product Be a "brand ambassador" that represents the company's brand and values Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)

Skills:

Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection Ability to maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, even if the customers are expressing concerns about the product or service. Excellent communication skills

Pay: R4000,00 - R20000,00 per month
