We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Consultant to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the education, training or skills development sector, with a good understanding of BBBEE legislation. This is a client-facing role, ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote the College's training offerings to corporates and potential clients.
Present and negotiate proposals and service agreements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Support BBBEE and skills development solutions for clients.
Represent the College at relevant events, meetings, and industry exhibitions.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the education, skills development, or training industry.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Sound understanding of BBBEE requirements, especially Skills Development.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid driver's license
