Position Objective:
Use your strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional sales consulting services. The aim is to help clients identify and implement tailored solutions that meet their needs, while driving revenue growth and establishing long-term customer relationships. The goal is to contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization by delivering consistent results and enhancing client satisfactionRequirements:

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
• Minimum of 5 -8 years experience in a sales position
• Advanced computer skills
• Syspro knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Must have own transport and a valid drivers license
• Knowledge of the catering equipment would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Generating leads by building relationships with potential and existing clients
• Enhancing customer experience
• Meeting internal sales targets as agreed upon
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations and conduct cold calling sales.
• Understand and manage client expectations
• Manage quote submissions, and order processing
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Provide outstanding service to consumers both before and after the sale
• Manage orders until payment is completed.
• Maintain a customer database
• Produce weekly/monthly sales reports vs targets
• Process returns and credit notes in accordance with the established procedures
• Refer to all client complaints received telephonically to the appropriate manager
• Ensure that shipment dates are updated periodically
