We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and telephonic sales, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, sales target, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant at Virgin Active, your primary responsibility is to drive new membership sales and support the growth of our fitness community. You will play a vital role in introducing prospective members to our facilities, services, and culture of wellness. Your key duties include: Membership Sales: Actively promote and sell gym memberships through inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, tours, and leads from various channels. Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads by networking, engaging with local businesses, attending community events, and leveraging referrals. Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based consultations with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend the best membership options. Tours & Presentations: Provide engaging and informative tours of the facility, showcasing features, equipment, classes, and member benefits. Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer experience and follow up with prospects to answer questions, overcome objections, and close the sale. CRM Management: Accurately record and update all lead and sales activity in the CRM system, ensuring data is current and complete. Targets & KPIs: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the club team to ensure smooth onboarding of new members and support marketing initiatives.
