Sales Consultant - Accounting Packages (Warm Leads)

ZAR 30,000-40,000 base per month + ZAR 9,000-35,000 monthly bonus potential

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be working with

warm leads only

- no cold calling - and your focus will be on helping small business owners choose the right UK accounting package for their needs. The role suits someone who thrives in a

short sales cycle

environment, can build trust quickly, and knows how to close with confidence.

A strong understanding of UK accounting or bookkeeping will put you ahead of the pack, but what's essential is exceptional communication, rapport-building, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle warm inbound and referred leads, guiding prospects through our sales process from first contact to signed agreement. Understand each prospect's business needs and match them with the right accounting service package. Present our solutions clearly, addressing questions and overcoming objections in real time. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Work closely with our onboarding and client services teams to ensure a smooth handover.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in a

short sales cycle

environment, ideally selling professional services or subscription packages. Confidence in closing deals over the phone or video call.

Exceptional spoken and written English

- clear, professional, and engaging. Strong ability to build rapport quickly and adapt your style to different customer personalities. Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven. Bonus points for experience or knowledge in

UK accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services

What We Offer

Base salary of

ZAR 30,000-40,000 per month

, depending on experience. Performance-related monthly bonuses of
