You'll be joining a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll handle
inbound leads
, follow up with warm prospects, and help shape the sales process alongside the founder.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales + Closing
Join
scheduled warm inbound sales calls
(no cold prospecting required).
Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
Present tailored solutions and
close deals
effectively.
Trigger internal onboarding workflows once a deal is closed.
Outbound + Follow-Up
Re-engage older or untouched leads via
calls, emails, SMS, or DMs
.
Conduct
light prospecting
within target markets.
Manage follow-ups to
maximize conversion
and maintain a strong pipeline.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain accurate CRM notes and ensure
pipeline hygiene
.
Use the tools and processes provided to manage your daily workflow.
Collaborate directly with the founder to
refine sales messaging, pitch, and objection handling
.
Track and report key
sales activity and conversion metrics
.
Role Details
Schedule:
Between
9 AM - 6 PM EST
(Eastern Time Zone)
Hours:
Starts
part-time (25-30 hours/week)
with a quick path to
full-time (40 hours/week)
as inbound leads increase
Compensation:
Competitive base + flat-rate commission per deal (structure discussed during interview)
Tools:
All required systems and tools will be provided
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in
sales closing
or a similar role handling warm leads
Excellent English communication skills and persuasion skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups efficiently
Comfortable working across
Eastern and Central U.S. time zones
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R104,00 - R134,00 per hour
