This is a remote, full-time position focused on converting warm leads into closed deals. The ideal candidate has phone-based sales experience, a real estate background, and the resilience to manage a long, variable sales cycle. Youxe2x80x99ll be provided with inbound leadsxe2x80x94no prospecting required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and close inbound leads from phone calls and website sign-upsConsult with prospective clients to understand their needs and match them with the right productGuide customers through the full sales process, from first contact to final purchaseMaintain detailed notes and pipeline stages in Fusion AMS Pro CRMFollow up proactively on older leads with long buying cyclesReport key metrics and performance data to management regularlyCollaborate with the admin and stock teams to ensure smooth handover post-saleQualifications3xe2x80x937+ years of phone-based closing experience (real estate sales experience is a strong plus)Fluent, neutral English accent (South African or Eastern European accent preferred)Confident communicator with strong negotiation and objection-handling skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working with limited oversightStrong attention to detail and CRM disciplineFamiliarity with variable-length sales cycles (1 week to 2 years)Ideal Candidate ProfileHungry, goal-oriented personality with a track record of exceeding quotasExcited by performance-based compensation and long-term growthComfortable working remotely with distributed teams
