We're hiring a Sales & Client Development Manager who can lead conversations, ask the right questions, and close fast-moving SaaS deals. You'll be speaking directly to marketing and eComm leaders, showing them how to convert overlooked shoppers into revenue.
We're looking for someone who thrives in volume-based sales:
50-75 closes per year
, not 6 long enterprise deals. Someone who sells like a person, not a pitch deck.
You've Done This Before If You Have:
Sold B2B SaaS or marketing tools to online retailers
Closed $50K-$200K ARR deals with short sales cycles (avg $1K-$10K MRR)
3-6 years of experience as an Account Executive / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in the SaaS space
A track record of
volume
, not just logo chasing
A consultative and data-driven sales approach (you're comfortable talking ROI, AOV, CR, RPS)
The ability to lead calls, keep the conversation moving, and close without a script
What You Won't Do
You won't manage accounts post-sale
You won't upsell or cross-sell
You won't rely on inbound only
You won't sit through 9-month sales cycles
What You Will Do
Own outbound and inbound sales conversations from first touch to close
Deliver strong product demos and connect BrandLock's value to specific eComm challenges
Close high-velocity deals (~$1K-$10K MRR), month-to-month terms
Drive conversations with clarity and confidence--no awkward pauses, no "waiting for the client to lead"
What Success Looks Like
You've booked and closed 50-75 deals per year
You can speak to AOV uplift, bounce rate reduction, or ROI in your pitch
You run the call, ask sharp questions, and create momentum naturally
You've stayed 3+ years at past roles (not bounced every 18 months)
