To support dealership sales activities while completing a 12-month learnership leading to a QCTO Occupational Certificate in Sales Advisory. The role combines on-the-job sales experience, administrative duties, and formal training to develop a competent sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with sales related processes.
Support customer interactions by ensuring information is captured accurately and professionally.
Assist with preparing, processing, and maintaining sales documentation and records.
Capture, update, and manage customer and deal information on internal systems.
Coordinate and support sales activities as required, including scheduling and follow ups.
Assist with basic product or service information as directed.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Maintain organised records and support compliance with internal procedures.
Assist with general office and showroom administration where required.
Attend all learnership classes, training sessions, and assessments.
Complete and submit all learnership assignments and assessments on time.
Actively participate in workplace learning and successfully complete the 12-month learnership.
Basic computer skills
