Job Summary Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Proven sales experience within the lift, elevator or construction industry
• Good understanding of elevator systems & related technologies
• Proficiency on MS Office Suite
• Previous experience on a CRM system

Responsibilities:

• Identify & pursue new & existing elevator/lifts sales leads
• Build & maintain relationships with existing & potential Clients
• Conduct site surveys & assessments to determine Client's need for elevators/lifts
• Propose effective solutions
• Prepare & present sales proposals, quotes & contracts
• Negotiate prices & terms of sales agreements
• Explain the features & benefits of different lifts/elevator products to Clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Installation & Service Departments)
• Provide customer service throughout the sales process
• Complete tender process
• Prepare sales reports & forecasts for management
